    Congratulations to the top selling teams in the Team Sales Challenge:

    1st place: Minor #2 (Zande) – 57 calendars

    2nd place: Junior #3 (Thalacker/Brockl) – 54 calendars

    3rd place: Federal #8 (Dimmig) – 45 calendars

    1. Turn in any sold calendars along with money to the concession stand.  Reminder: Families can still turn in raffle entries during July for earn KLL Bucks up until the calendar drawings start on August 1st.

    2. Fill out and turn in their one prepaid raffle entry (paid for with player registration) at the concession stand if they have not already done so.  (There are extra calendars available at the concession stand.)

    3. Turn in any unsold calendars at the concession stand.

    4. Please check at the concession stand for any earned KLL Bucks coupons.

Onsite Registration
We need volunteers at our On-Site registrations on Feb 9, 18 and March 2 from 5:45pm to 8pm.  We need 2 workers to hand out registration forms and 2 workers to help verify forms and collect payments.  If you can help please email to kllball@yahoo.com
Tryouts

We need 3 table workers, 2 individuals for fielding and 2 individuals for the pitching machines on Saturday March 28 from 7:30 am to Noon.

Field Work Days

On Saturday April 11 and April 18 from 8am to 12 noon we will be having our annual Field Clean up to get ready for the up coming season.  We will need electricians, carpenters, landscapers, painters you name it.  Come equipped with your tools and help get the park in shape.  If you have a specialty please call Steve Verhage for special projects at 222-2035.

If you have access to a Bobcat or similar we are hoping to be able to roto-til and add fill to all of our diamonds this spring.  Please contact Steve so we can get this done.

Equipment Coordinator

This person(s) will be in charge of collection, inspection and redistribution of KLL equipment to all of our teams for 2009.  They will be in charge of inventory and ordering of any new equipment needed for 2009.
This is a position where 2-3 volunteers may be needed.

Kennedy LL Invitational Tournament Coordinator

This person will be the point person for our Invitational All-Star Tournament being held July 3-5 at Kennedy Park.  They will be in charge of Tournament marketing, team selection, information, and all tournament proceedings for that weekend. Please contact Steve Verhage at 692-2035, if you would like to volunteer for this position.
