Raffle Order Form

KLL Calendar Rules

Cost: $25.00 per calendar.  Please make checks payable to Kennedy Little League.

Raffle proceeds go to support the construction of the new Concession Stand for Kennedy Little League, located at 5801 Commercial Ave, Madison, WI  53704.

Prizes to be awarded will be for either $25 or $100.  See the calendar months for drawing dates and amounts. 

Drawings will be conducted by members of the Kennedy Little League Board of Directors.  

Drawings before the KLL season starts (August 1, 2009 through April 18, 2010), have amounts shown in blue and will be held at 6:30 p.m. at Pedro’s Mexican Restaurante - 3555 E. Washington Ave., Madison, WI  53704.  

Drawings during the season (April 18, 2010 through July 24, 2010), have amounts shown in green and will be held at 2:00 p.m. at the Kennedy Little League Concession Stand (unless otherwise noted on that date).

Winning tickets will be returned into the drawing for a chance to win on subsequent drawing dates.  This will give each calendar purchaser the chance to win multiple times.

Raffle participants need not be present to win.

Prizes will be mailed to winners within one week of the date that they are drawn.

KLL Raffle Calendar FAQs

Question: I only received three calendars but the instructions say we should try to sell four.
Answer: In order to keep printing costs down we only distributed three calendars initially to most of the players.  To place your fourth order please bring payment and buyer info to the Concession Stand and we will process it, filling out the Raffle Entry Card from an extra calendar and giving you back the calendar.

Question: My first calendar was prepaid with the Fundraising fee collected at registration.  Do I still need to fill out a Raffle Entry stub from one of the calendars allotted to me?
Answer: YES!  While the fundraising fee covers the cost of the first calendar it doesn’t get that entry into the Raffle unless you fill out and return the Raffle Entry stub from the back panel of the calendar.  (Turn in at the Concession Stand without any money since this is prepaid.)

Question: How do I get more calendars?
Answer: They are available at the Concession Stand

Question: How do I find out about how the fundraiser is doing, the number of calendars sold in the Team Sales Contest and Individual Sales?
Answer: Updates are posted on the Concession Stand wall and on the Calendar Fundraiser link on the KLL website.  Also your Team Parent should be receiving regular updates on this information to share with you.

Question: How do the Raffle Entry slips work?
Answer: These are available to use once you have sold/processed the initial calendars allotted to you.  They are used to collect the buyer info.  Turn in the $25 payment at the Concession Stand and the buyer details will be transferred to an extra calendar.  The Raffle Entry stub will be entered into the raffle and the calendar will then be returned to you to deliver to the purchaser.

Question: How do I get my KLL Bucks coupons once I get enough calendars sold?
Answer: Team Parents have been instructed to check at the Concession Stand regularly to hand out the KLL Bucks coupons to players on the team. Note #1: As stated, players earn a $5 KLL Bucks coupon for use at the Concession Stand or on FanWear once they sell their fourth calendar.  For each calendar sold after their fourth, they earn another KLL Bucks coupon.  Note #2: Calendar sales will be processed every night or two.  Newly earned KLL Bucks coupons will be filled out and available at the Concession Stand oon after.
